Returns & Refunds Policy

At Peltium, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds requested after this period may instead be offered as store credit or an exchange, at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us at hello@peltium.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return details and next steps by email.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

5. Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or item of equal value, subject to stock availability. Contact us at hello@peltium.com to arrange an exchange.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

7. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged through customer fault, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
